About this website

Acosse operates acosse.com to present its accessories and design stories. This notice explains how information is handled through our website, newsletter signup and contact channels. Our initial launch is intended for customers in the United States.

Visiting acosse.com

Our website runs on WordPress hosted by Hostinger. Hosting and security services process technical information associated with requests, such as IP addresses, browser information, requested pages and access times, to deliver and protect the service. Administrator sign-in uses cookies. We do not operate a shopping cart or collect payment-card details on acosse.com.

Cookies and online tracking

We have not configured advertising pixels or cross-site advertising profiles on acosse.com. The website does not change its operation in response to browser Do Not Track signals. Hosting and security services still process information needed to operate and protect the website.

The newsletter signup opens on Hostinger Reach. Amazon purchase links and Instagram contact links also take you to external services. Those services may use cookies and other technologies and collect information about your activity under their own privacy policies. Their practices may include collection across services or over time. Your browser’s cookie controls and the choices offered by those services apply there. We will update this notice if we introduce additional tracking on acosse.com.

Joining the newsletter

The Subscribe link opens a separate signup page hosted by Hostinger Reach. It asks for your email address and consent to receive new designs, studio stories and occasional offers from Acosse. You must confirm your subscription through an email link. Reach processes your email address, subscription status and consent records needed to manage the list, together with technical information used for delivery and spam prevention.

You can withdraw consent using the unsubscribe link in our marketing emails or ask for help through a private message to Instagram @acosse.studio. We retain limited consent and opt-out records where needed to respect your choices and prevent unwanted resubscription. Do not post your email address in a public comment.

Contacting Acosse

Our current contact channel is Instagram @acosse.studio. We use messages and information you choose to provide to respond to inquiries. Instagram handles information through its own service under its own policies. A website contact form is not currently enabled. Please do not send payment details or sensitive personal information in public comments.

Following a purchase link

Product purchase buttons open an external marketplace, such as Amazon. The marketplace handles its own account, checkout, payment and order information under its policies. Review the destination’s privacy information before providing data. Acosse does not receive your payment-card details through these website links.

Service providers

We use Hostinger for website hosting and Hostinger Reach for newsletter management. These providers process information to deliver their services. Their infrastructure and service providers may process information outside your state or country. Provider information is available in Hostinger’s privacy policy. We may also retain or disclose information when required by applicable law.

How long we keep information

We keep personal information only as needed to manage subscriptions, answer inquiries, maintain consent and opt-out records, and meet legal obligations. We consider the purpose of the information, whether an inquiry is resolved, your subscription choices and any recordkeeping obligations when deciding how long to keep it.

Unsubscribing stops future newsletter marketing. Limited records may remain to document your choice and prevent further unwanted messages. Hosting logs and backup copies are managed through our providers’ retention and replacement processes; removal from an active list does not immediately remove every backup copy.

Privacy questions and requests

Acosse monitors private messages to Instagram @acosse.studio for privacy questions and requests to access, correct or delete information you provided, or withdraw newsletter consent. We may ask for information necessary to locate your records and verify your request. Please provide only what is needed, and do not send identity documents or other sensitive information in public comments.

We handle requests according to applicable law. Some information may need to be retained for consent, opt-out or legal records. Rights and exceptions depend on the law that applies to your request.

We will post updates on this page with a revised date and provide additional notice when required.
