To initiate a return, please contact us at customer_service@acosse.com within 7 days of receiving your item. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return. We will get back to you

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. After this period, we are unable to process returns or exchanges.

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • Some items, such as customised products or make-to-oder products, are not eligible for returns.

Once your return is processed, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.
